This is just a quick article to tell you what I discovered recently. Sometimes I wake up with brain fog and I have found that taking either Activated Charcoal capsules or Zeolite will clear my head very quickly and completely.
I would advise taking these at least once a week.
I have found that lots of the Activated Charcoal available to buy is not made with Coconut Shell. Do not buy it if it is made with anything else. The one I used to buy from Weight World is now made with eucalyptus and acacia shell! These do not work very well.
In the picture above is a combination of Activated Charcoal and Zeolite, which is a very good idea! I have bought the Zeolite only product from Kiki Health but as you can see above, they make the combination product for £9.95.
Kiki Health also sells excellent Activated Charcoal capsules, currently £12 for 50. These I would 100% recommend as the best and more pure and active. You can also buy activated charcoal powder from this company.
Activated Charcoal is very good if you have been to a party and have a hangover. Take a couple of capsules before bed and you will wake up feeling absolutely fine!
It is also very good for food poisoning and got someone I know completely better when they were on holiday.
It is used in hospitals for people who have taken a poison or a drug overdose to remove the poison or drug. It basically picks up and excretes in the stool any toxins that are in your bloodstream.
Zeolite picks up any heavy metals in your bloodstream and removes them. There are two more in depth articles about both Zeolite and Charcoal on my blog.
Nowadays, unfortunately we are all surrounded by pollution, chemicals, toxins and heavy metals, not just in foods but also in the air we breathe. Once you breathe air into your lungs, any toxins or heavy metals quickly go into your bloodstream and around your body. These are also transported in the bloodstream to your head and around your brain, so hence the brain fog!
Anyway, these two products will quickly clear your head and you will feel much better. As we are all being subjected to this every day, everyone needs to take these on a regular basis, so they don't play havoc in your body and cause illness.
Please note that people taking prescription drugs, will also have these temporarily removed as toxins, particularly by the activated charcoal, but you will probably take another dose of your medication fairly quickly. However some care should be taken.
