The Nine Methods of Expulsion of Toxins from the Human Body

This is an article that I wanted to write, so that people can see their illnesses in a different light.  In fact all of the conditions I am about to describe are known as "Acutes", the chronic conditions being the long term health problems. Acutes last for a limited time, whereas chronics are ongoing.  The Acute might be an aggravation of the chronic illness but it should resolve itself much more quickly.  It is obviously different with Acute pain and I am not addressing that in this article.

Acutes are often your body's only way of throwing out what it doesn't need in the way of toxins and unwanted matter.  Your body only has limited ways of expelling this debris and it uses these ways to rid you of rubbish, so that very often, if you don't try to stop it, you will feel much better afterwards!

If your body did not have ways of removing unwanted matter, it may well become overwhelmed with it.  People who take drugs, excessive alcohol and also medications need a mechanism to throw out the excess poisons when they are damaging the body.

If the body had no way of expelling unwanted substances, it could end up dying of poisoning.  However, it has only certain ways of doing this, through a set number of orifices.

All of the discharges mentioned below are really something toxic that have been remade by your body and converted into those discharges, in order for them to be safely ejected. Please note that green discharges denote very unhealthy matter being expelled from the body. White discharges are fairly okay and yellow ones are not as bad as green.

The Nine Method of Expulsion are as follows::-

1.  Discharges from the eyes, white, yellow or green matter.

2.  Discharges from the ears, such as glue ear, as watery, white, yellow pus.

3.  Discharges from the nose in the form of watery, white, yellow or green matter when you have a cold or flu.

4.  Coughing up phlegm from the throat in the form of globules from the tonsils of white, yellow or green expectoration.  There is also mucous which comes up from the lungs when we have colds that settle there.
.
5.  Vomiting food from food poisoning or bilious matter, sour or watery.

6.  Excessive urination to help clear something out of the body.

7.  Continuous diarrhoea as a means of purging the body of toxins.  If it is of a very unpleasant smell, this is definitely a sign of a detox, or you ate something that had gone off, perhaps food poisoning.

8.  Sweating of the skin.  The skin is also an organ of excretion. That is why having saunas is considered to be so very beneficial.  If your perspiration is of a very strong odour, this means you still have lots of toxins in your body.

You should address your eating habits and try to make sure you eat only pure food, not junk, processed or synthetic food. See my article on this.  When you adopt a healthier eating regime, you will soon find your perspiration is much less strong smelling!

For skin, I would also add Abscesses because these have a nasty yellow or green pus discharge.

9.  Fevers.  Fevers are a way of your body burning up pathogens inside you and if possible, you should just let them run their course and not interfere.  Obviously be sure to drink plenty of good quality water and don't worry if you are not hungry.  They say "feed a cold, starve a fever".

This is because your body is very busy with the fever killing something off and eating food will redirect your body's resources to your digestive system, when it should be left to finish what it is doing with the fever.

If the fever is below 40 C, you could lie in a cool bath and when in bed have a cool flannel on your forehead, with no covers and cool air conditioner. Fevers below 40 C, are not so dangerous. If your fever goes as high as 40 C or higher still, you should definitely seek medical help.

The human body is incredibly intelligent and it is always trying to heal itself.  If this is possible without aid, let it do so.  If not, I would advise finding a good homeopathic practitioner to give you the required homeopathic remedy to resolve the condition and make you well again.  Homeopathy works really quickly and well in Acutes, when you get the right remedy!

Next time you have an Acute, if it is mild and self limiting, let it resolve itself, but if it is an indication of a more serious underlying condition, especially if there is pain, then obviously you must visit a doctor to get it diagnosed.

However, as I say, if you have a good homeopathic practitioner you can contact, they can also take down all your symptoms and cure you. There are numerous homeopathic medicines for illness, in fact up to 4,000 different ones!
